Initial consultations are $500 paid in advance for about an hour of our time.  After that, our hourly charges are $325 an hour chargeable against a deposited retainer.  Unused retainers are refundable.

The cost of litigation that has a prospect of success is in the five figure range, and possibly six figures.

When we represent employees who are fighting covenants without the financial support of their next employer, financial constraints usually compel the employee to quickly and realistically assess the future cost of litigation and the likely outcomes.

The avoidance of litigation is often the only financial attractive option for many employees, and we seek to find reasonable innovative solutions to avoid or minimize the risk of litigation to departing employees.
